"On March 6th at 12:48 PM, I stopped by to grab some curly fries. I want to address the girl at the window—trust me, I don't mind waiting the three minutes it takes to prepare them. However, I was really disappointed to find that you had mixed in regular fries at the bottom to make it look like the container was full. That just feels dishonest and reflects poorly on this particular Jack in the Box location. I know it's just fries, but it’s frustrating when a place resorts to such tricks."

The meal was very delicious. The prices are reasonable. The service was excellent. The building and interior are steeped in history, and you can truly feel it.

I give this a 1 star causation every time I go with my family, something is always wrong the ordering or how misplaced witness and the outside looks terrible, it smells disgusting and they don’t even have workers who don’t even speak English right and my mother had to repeat her herself like 3 thru 4 times and I’m just surprised that the clinke were all the boxy

After another thirty minutes, a staff member came to tell me that the manager said I could pay for my new meal and wait for a refund for the first one?! I asked if I could leave my phone number and they could call me when my meal was ready, but I waited a total of 45 minutes without eating and still no refund. This was yesterday, July 7, 2022, and I haven't received any call yet. When I tried to call them, there was no answer.
