"Horrible customer service!! We Order multiple timesa month- and this is the first time I actually called when they messed up my order- which is fine, mistakes happen.I called and they offered to replace- literally 1 minute after speaking to them they call me back and said they repeated the order to me and there is nothing they can do. That is horrible I know what I ordered and what I said! I will not order again. Disappointed."

"I love the Pollo Scarpariello frm 901. I order it all the time sometimes in person and sometimes delivered by Door Dash and it is consistently delicious. And their brick oven pizzas are the best locally. If you go in person you should know they also make a great Manhattan!"

"Ordered egg and cheese on a croissant. I waited to be called by number, but the girl who made the sandwich put it on the rack for pick up along with several other orders. At last, someone asked what I had ordered, and she asked around and found out it was sitting on the rack. I explained to her that she should have called out the number as I was not searching thru bags of meals for a sandwich.The food is not bad. I personally don't like dunking donuts coffee, but my friend swears by the caramel swirl with almond milk."
