"We have been frequenting this restaurant for some time now, but our recent visits over the past 4 months have been quite disappointing. In fact, each visit seems to be worse than the last. I ordered the pollo ala crema, but I found it to be terrible - over seasoned and lacking any creaminess. Even adding sour cream on the side did not improve the dish. The guacamole also left much to be desired, with very little avocado and some sort of filler. It was unappetizing and brown in color. My husband ordered the carne asada, a dish we have enjoyed many times before. However, this time it lacked seasoning, was not grilled properly, and was a poor comparison to what it should have been. Clearly a five star place.. Great seating in the bar or restaraunt. Cannot say enough about how great the food is...and very generous portions, for a reasonable price. And you get your food in short order.

Talk about bang for your buck! The portions are massive! The meat was tender, juicy, and flavorful. The restaurant is decorated in a fun theme so for children it's a fun place to go. Salsa was average. Cocktails were ok.... We will be back.

I think if you have a restaurant named Jalapenos, you should have... fresh Jalapenos. Food was hard from sitting under the heat lamp for a long time, service was fine but everyone runs around like chickens with their heads cut off, idk worst Mexican I've had in Idaho and it's SO overpriced for what it is. Not a vibe. I won't go back.
