"???So normally I wouldn’t even give it two stars But out of respect for the owner and his other stores/restaurants I’m being courteous. I’ve been a long time customer of jamaFO Canoga and I LOVE THEM .Their newest restaurant is in Encino and both times I’ve been to this location the staff have been extremely rude and seem to have a very misunderstood definition of customer service the woman who is there today August 2, 2022 at approximately 1:30 PM is out right so indescribably rude and condescending that if she worked for my moving companyshe wouldn’t anymore!!!!!!Sorry David but it had to be said ?I will never patron at this establishment again My family and I will just keep travelling wa...

I had my food delivered and it was absolutely delicious! I ordered the wings and lemon cake. The J sauce is a perfect combination of sweet and spicy. The flavors were amazing.

The oxtail at this restaurant is top-notch. It is incredibly tasty and they offer both vegan and non-vegan versions. The sauce is to die for. In terms of vegetarian options, there are plenty, and the same goes for vegan options. The parking lot may not be very big, but there is always a spot available.

Why are you still reading reviews? If you don't go to this restaurant, you're missing out on something delicious. I was excited to try Jamaican cuisine for the first time and I'm glad I did. The oxtails were tender and the jerk chicken had the perfect balance of flavor and spice. Plus, the portion sizes are huge. Stop hesitating and just go, or you'll regret it. And make sure to try the pineapple soda!
