The coffee taste had quite high water content, so the texture was not very creamy, but the taste was great and it was well paired with the rich chocolate. Vegan ice (this is not sorbet) is hard to get from IMO. You usually have a handful of aromas, all are delicious, and you can em in a cone!

I really love their ice cream flavors. It was nice that they did not make me feel bad for trying a couple. I loved the goat cheese ice cream as well as the lavender. And several others.
