My wife and I came in to town for a late Sunday lunch. I had the burger which had a very respectably sized burger patty and was was very good. My wife had the loaded baked potato which was also responsibly sized and very good. In talking with the waiter wewere surprised to learn that Joseph's has been there five years (we don't get out much). The decor music were pleasant, thebooth seating was comfortable, the food was good, and we'll look forward to coming back to try out the steaks on another day.

There was an insect in one of our drinks. We were very please with the staff and the food, until my wife saw the dead insect in my drink. She had the waiter call the manager, but the manager told him to tell us that he/she was too busy to come and it wouldtake him/she about 15mins. She told the waiter that that wasn't acceptable and explained the situation to him and he went backto talk to the manager, this time he took the drink with him to show him/her the insect inside and came back to apologize aboutthe insect, no manager with him, since he/she was too busy even for that.
