"I love this place not only for their original Sacher Torte (chocolate cake from Vienna , which is scrumptious every time I order it, but also for their delicious breakfast. The scrambled eggs are fluffy and just tasty. The wellness and Ayurveda teas are my favorites, have to order a small pot every time. I highly recommend Kaffehaus Graefe. Only Problem is that they're always packed, super busy no wonder! Try to get a seat and enjoy : !"

Here the customer gets the best cakes in and around Jena. I haven't found anything like that before. The other baked goods also have no reason to hide the top quality. My recommendation

If you need a coffee or another drink accompanied by a yum cake, this is the place to go. Choose from different varieties of cakes and just indulge in the taste. Yum and highly to recommend.

The cakes and Torten are superb. The coffee and atmosphere good as well. The service is a little spotty, but the place is so cosy and the view from the upstairs window toward the Johannisturm so great that one is most happy to be there enjoying the delightful pastries.

"We happened to try this restaurant on Friday night, and we were glad we got there early! The place got packed by 6:30 or so. The food was good, decent portions and price. We had the Bruschetta, Seafood Antipasti, Tortellini Soup, and Shrimp Scampi. For dessert we tried the Tartufo and the Tiramisu. The only thing I thought was a little off was being charged 50 cents to take the remainder of our very large Tiramisu home. We will be back, I hear the pizza is fantastic!"

"we were there for a business meeting. the services are very friendly, but eating for vegetarians are very bland, lack of seasoning. we know that this place is not really for vegetarian, but some of our colleagues who had meat also said it was eating. Just okay, but not great. there were five of us from people had different vegetarian options, but none of us was thrilled by our eating."

"Hatten nach der Arbeit Lust auf Döner, und da ist das Lokal die erste Adresse in Jena. Sehr gut, es gibt den Döner in klein und groß. Döner war sehr gut, der Salat und das Gemüse frisch, die Sauce gut, und auch das Fleisch war gut gegrillt und schmackhaft und die Schärfe war auch gut. Eines der Gemüse war ein wenig bitter, aber das war nicht bei allen Dönern so. Das hat zwar den Genuss ein wenig getrübt, aber nicht so, dass wir nicht wieder kommen werden."

"on the occasion of a seminar group meeting we were invited to this restaurant. our organizers were certainly very enthusiastic about the very good environment. the rooms are very tastefully decorated. Unfortunately, most of us did not have so good experiences when they chose to eat. some had to wait very long for consumption, some were even very dissatisfied with the taste. in these very high travels you should actually be a completely satisfied guest. Unfortunately, I would rather recommend visiting the neighboring restaurant."

"'Stilbruch' means something like a clash of styles. They definitely try to disrupt the classical German style as in greasy and unsophisticated with a bit of Italian. Quite edible, not up to international standard though. I ordered the advertised vegan dinner, which was served with...Parmesan. I forgave them. They try, and not a bad choice in Jena"
