Keoki's in Lihue is located in the industrial park next to the airport, behind Kuhio Motors. it is a take-out place lunch place, and it is good. You have a small regular menu, with daily specialties that turn all the time. My favorite is the teri beef plate--good marinade, and they grill it until the meat is slightly crispy---yum!
