The food was quite good, but we had to wait 20 minutes just to place our order. There were only three other couples in the dining room, so it was puzzling why it took so long. Not only did we face an unnecessary wait, but it also seemed like the prices had nearly doubled!

The food is excellent, but unfortunately, the staff are among the rudest I've ever experienced in fast food. I understand that the job can be tough, but there's no justification for such rudeness towards customers. Additionally, the wait times are often ridiculously long.

When we got to the window, we were told they could only fulfill 2 out of our 5 orders because they simply didn’t have the items available. I suspect they were just too lazy to prepare fresh food. The meals we received were barely warm, heavily greasy, and the chicken was incredibly tough. It was clear that our food had not been freshly made. To make matters worse, we could hear swearing coming from the kitchen—definitely not something kids should be exposed to. Overall, this place was a huge letdown. They really need to replace their management and staff. I'm thoroughly disappointed by my experience and will certainly be avoiding this location for a long time. It's a truly subpar KFC/Taco B...
