"KFC IN WAKEFIELD IS HORRIBLE!!!!! RIGHT ALONG WITH THE FOOD SERVICE!!!!! Service was terrible!! Employees standing around, waiting in front for almost 5 minutes the girl that helped us finished her text first! Got the 3 piece tender meal the tenders were nuggets the mashed potatoes were cold!! My husband’s sandwich was cold too!!! WISH I COULD INCLUDE PHOTO!! Never got good service there but decided to try since it’s been awhile! Believe me it will be awhile again! COLONEL SANDERS WOULD BE PISSED!"

I ordered food through Uber est, but the French fries were a mess and the 10-piece chicken was too salty. I'm leaving a review because I'm not saying yay about the food, it just looks like a mess. There's no refund.

Great customer service! Andrea was the best. We picked up a bucket of chicken and some extras for the beach. She made great suggestions. She was very friendly and patient. Actually everyone who works today was great! Thank you!!!! Our day on the beach is fantastic!

This location is in Wakefield, needs better management, sorry to say the food isn't always fresh but also notice Taco Bell is the same, maybe because it's not by itself it's definitely not the place i would recommend .. I also don't like the way you be treated when you walk into this location. The crew members are friendly, but for management needs help.

"Hosted my 50th birthday party here for 18 people and it was fantastic! The guest couldn't stop raving about the food and ambiance. The food was plentiful and delicious! Our waiter was on point the whole time, keeping the drinks coming-no watered down stuff either! I would recommend Sergio's to anyone a thousand times yes!"

"This place is a quality restaurant disguised as a bar the food is very high quality, though you'll pay up for it. There are plenty of seats around the bar as well as tables good for groups up to 4. The service was great, vert prompt and courteous. French Onion Soup Dumplings: These are a frequent highlight among fellow Yelpers for good reason. You get 6 little dough balls filled with french onion soup and topped with a ton of cheese and chive shavings. I havent seen a menu item similar to these (besides more traditional soup dumplings). These certainly lived up to the hype, and I would recommend them. BBQ Benedict: Savory and sweet pulled pork sitting atop english muffin slices and topped with perfectly poached eggs. They're served with a hash brown (cut into two pieces) and a raw cabbage salad. While very tasty, would recommend to add another hash brown to the dish one is simply not enough especially given the amount of free flowing yolk and bbq sauce. "Kim was fantastic! She was training a new team member and was still able to give us 100% attention. She was welcoming, engaging and energetic. We were a party of 8 and she was spot on with each order, even with substitutions. Gold star for her! The brunch/lunch menu caters to all tastes and the food was wonderful. The number of dishes that can be made GF is very impressive and appreciated by the 3 GF family members. Thank you for a memorable Father's Day brunch!"

"My daughter and I dine here regularly and we sit inside and hear the interactions with customers. I don’t understand the bad reviews. These guys are so neighborhood/ family oriented. Their food is great. They are not using the nasty waxy cheese that most places use. Not to mention their wraps and other food is always yummy and made the right way. I don’t even mind if it takes them a while when they are busy because my food is always delicious and they are friendly and talk to us while we wait. When we go in, we are greeted warmly and served like family and when we order delivery, the drivers are always super nice and the food is always still hot."
