Waited 15 minutes in drive thru for a 5 piece meal. When the lady brought out the food she had 2 orders and didn't know which one was mine.

I have to say this visit was the best I had from kfc. for more than 6 years I have eaten from this brand. I moved recently and thought I would try it again in a new condition. I must admit, the service was very good and the food was actually cooked! everything was fresh and hot. I heard it was under new management. whatever it is. I'm back at kfc.

This is the worst place I've ever tried to eat at. They stay out of pot pies, but about a week ago, my sister I were gonna get a family meal we were told they were out of CHICKEN????? KFC is out of chicken. This is not even the 1st time they've told methat!! Not, we're cooking some or got some coming up, but OUT. Why would KFC even bother to open if they're out of chicken.
