"Although our first experience there some of the people did not seem so friendly; we decided to still go with them because they are the best white cake. We tried several bakeries. After the first encounter, everyone we treated was so friendly and ready to help the process and make it easier than imagine. The bakery touched the base with us on several occasions to ensure counting and lots of cakes. We ordered too much cake and they contacted us to let us know. The cookies are awesome! We have cakes from here to celebrate family birthdays quite often however I had a special request... a cake to look like a can of grizzly chew for my husband's birthday and can I just say I'm speechless it turned out amazing!!!

I haven't been to Kirby's since they moved to Manhattan from New Lenox (I know, crazy! . I was on the hunt for PB&J Paczki's. They weren't on their menu, but they were SO KIND to offer to make them for me! It absolutely made my husbands day (his FAT TUESDAY . They were so delicious! Thank you Kirby for offering to do that for us. We really appreciate it!
