"People needs to be warned about this place there food is nasty the cook used restroom and went straight in to kitchen and put hands in slaw food nasty uses same grease for fish and pork chops nothing is the right temperature somebody gonna get food poison the says it’s a buffet but it’s not the new owner all of them needs to learn how to treat their customers and employees so heartbreaking that they think they can say and do what ever they think they can"

Very disappointed in the way the food taste very disappointed in the way the new owners treat there employees Also if you have a service dog they ask you to eat out side which is against the ADA laws in ga I will not promote or recommend this restaurant the food is gross and nasty Wished Tammy and Karen was back as owners

Knotheads is a refreshing change to the Hartwell, GA, food scene ! The food is delicious, the staff bends over backwards to make sure you have everything you want and their menu changes around so you can try new meals. they offer a buffet, an outside dining patio and a bar, if you're so inclined. Thanks to Karen Tammy for bringing new flavors to Hartwell !
