"I stopped by Koi for the first time with my daughter and we both loved it! I cannot believe we waited this long to try it out. The staff was extremely friendly and had great recommendations. The bakery case was well stocked, too. We chose a slice of banana bread and it was delicious! My kiddo opted for hot chocolate and I will say after trying it, it was the best hot chocolate I think I've had in my life. The caramel frappe was devine! One of our favorite parts was the little crochet animals that were available for purchase! They were the cutest things. My daughter loves her octopus and we got my son a bumblebee. Overall beautiful cafe and delicious treats!"

Excellent coffee and delicious OJ. We were pleasantly surprised! We hadn't been here in awhile really like the venue improvements. Bakery items are unique and quite tasty!!

Fairly disappointed however understand the staffing shortage. Knowone should have to wait 40 minutes for a coffee and if that was the case, a piece of advice would be to let the consumer know prior to purchase. I don't have all day to sit there and play chess ?
