"We had a party of 6 people. It took about 30 min for our waiter to get our order and even a longer wait for our food to be served. Waiter basically had abandoned us. We had to ask another waitress where was our food. The table next to us came after us and got their food before us! Finally our Waiter showed up and said 10 minutes ,then it was another 10 minutes ,then that 10 minutes turned into another 20 minutes. I order Tacos with bacon and sad to say these were the worst tacos I had in a very long time!The meat tasted rubbery and the corn tortillas were very dry and stale! I started to complain but it was going to take another 20 min for them to remake my food. Not sure why it was taking...

This place USED TO BE very good however it has declined in service and quality over the last year. Food was served cold and not cooked to order. Wait time can be tricky. One time I waited over 45 minutes to get a taco dinner and chicken nuggets. Yesterday the food came fast, but the order was not right. Not my favorite place anymore.

The food here is pretty good, but the last two times we ate here we were pretty much ignored by our server. Drinks never refilled, long wait for the check, etc. Also, they have been raising prices and nickel and diming you on everything automatic gratuity on tables of just 5 people, credit card fees, no free refills on chips. I understand why a restaurant might have these policies, but all that makes it extra annoying that the service is still bad.

We went a couple mounts ago service was terrible we ended d up leaving without eating. So we decided to try it again. Last night my husband and I got there before the couple we where waiting for and ordered an drink Appetizer which got there right away. When the other couple got there we ordered our food. The food tasted good but we waited 1 hour for it and the waiter never came back and check on us didn't ask if we wanted refills. I definitely will not not going back to this place. Too many other good places to go. Service is not what it use to be. Very disappointed
