"I'm an annoying eater, vegetarian mostly and have a shellfish allergy. It sucks having to ask so many random questions about the deep fryer, grill etc. so that there isn't any cross contamination. Not only was my allergy directly on my receipt but I heard them voice it in the kitchen. On top of that I ordered the vegetarian enchiladas and they were freaking incredible, soo good. The person who seemed to be the owner was even in there hanging out, and what a cool guy. I highly recommend this place and will visit again pronto when I'm back in Palmer, AK."

they would not think that they would find good Mexican food in alaska, but la fiesta is a hidden gem. our waiter (can not remember his names) was incredibly friendly, attentive and the perfect amount of talks. eating was delicious/flavorful came fast and hot, we will be here often!
