"I've lived in this community for seven years and had always heard such great things about La Pizzetta. I was ready to love this place but was very disappointed. The food was fine but our waiter was unfriendly and most unhelpful. With out even saying hello he asked for our order. Someone else brought our food and our waiter continued to help the people around us but completely ignored us. Eventually the host (who I assume is the owner as well) cleared our table and got us our check. He also wasn't the friendliest of people but was at least more attentive than our waiter. Have had very good dinners here, and some definite misses. Service can be good, but also sporadic. The other day ordered pizza for takeout. Was told it would be ready in 15 minutes. When person got there to pick it up 12 minutes after we called in the order, only then did they start to make our pizzas. Have had much better pizzas from there. Sparse toppings. So hit or miss in food and in service. Can be very good, even if bit pricey.

Under no circumstances give this shady, disgusting owner no money. If you try to waste some mice, you should put it better in a paper shredder, at least there it would use better. The lack of care for customers and the semi-boisterous attitude of the owner makes you possible with the most appalling thinning experience. Maybe you should take more care of the people who give you their business? Paintluster food from an even more laborious owner. Order at your own risk.

The food was terrific but our waiter Albert was definitely lacking in the customer service area. From the moment the 4 of us walked in he seemed to annoyed we were there and an inconvenience to him. He rolled his eyes when he was asked if we could keep our tickets separate(2 groups of 2 so 2 tickets) when asked about menu items he was rude and condescending(what comes on a platter). There were several other instances of him not being very customer service oriented. Had it not been for his rude and appathetic attitude this restraunt would have received 5 stars from me.
