"Fantastic, little hole in the wall El Salvadorian restaurant here in Caldwell. The food here is surprisingly delicious and absolutely dirt cheap. We like to order the Horchata to drink and a smorgasbord selection of their made to order pupusas and tamales. It never disappoints! Our favorites are the Pork w/ Cheese Beans (Pupusa Revuelta) and the Papusa Loca which has both chicken and pork, beans, cheese spinach inside. Yum! But honestly, you can't go wrong with anything you choose. Papusas range between $2-$3 and are ridiculously filling, so you get alot of bang for your buck. A must try restaurant if you're in the area."

"Best steak I 've paid money for. I 've traveled extensively for work and eaten in some top end and top rated restaurants, some beloved local places, and even a few Michelin Starred locales. When I say best steak I 've paid money for I 'm using a very broad measure of comparison. My wife loved her meal. My nine-year-old loved her meal. Other guests enthused vigorously about their meals from the next table. The atmosphere was warm, the service was excellent, but THE FOOD. My God, the food. This is the best restaurant in Caldwell. Their plaza neighbors included. The next time we go down to Indian Creek Plaza, I can assure you it is Grit 2C that we look forward to visiting."

"This was our first experience at Stewart's, and we will be going back. Our server was awesome, he was very polite and did a great job tending to our table of five. He was on top of our drinks, was patient as we indecisively selected our entree and sides. Everything we had was great, the only improvement or suggestion we have is to put less corn or no corn at all in the shrimp clam chowder. The fresh pork rinds were awesome, we had to order seconds so we could take some home. Quite honestly their ribs and finger steaks were fantastic. You won't get a better deal on a perfectly cooked rack of ribs anywhere in the valley. As for the finger steaks, they are every bit worth the $22 dollars you pay for them. The batter was nice and crunchy, not undercooked (which I've seen a lot) the steak was tender, and you get a nice pile of them. Oh, and try the strawberry lemonade! We all enjoyed it!"

"I frequent here often. Any time someone new is in town, this is a must have. The food is so fresh and delicious. The owner is a great guy who I've built a great relationship with by coming in so often! Definitely recommend the BBQ burrito and potato grenades! "Some of the best food I ever had (from someone who grew up in Mexico and lacks food there)... the flavors are the perfect combination of authentic, original and elevated. The cocktails are some of the best I had. The La Flor cocktail is made with house Hibiscus salt and is beautiful and delicious. I never thought dill, mint, and chickpeas would go well on guacamole, but low and see it's crazy delish! Everything in my pictures was stellar!! And above all, the service was amazing. I will visit very often now that I have discovered this jewel!"
