The food took awhile to come out and when it did it was not that good. Dry flavorless. My grandchild had chicken and waffles and said it was great. Could of been an off day .our server was very attentive. And nice. She said she was still learning the menu herself so I'm assuming fairly new. But she's a keeper. Wish I would've caught her name. Visited today and was greatly disappointed in comparison to my past visits. Ordered chicken waffles. Chicken was burnt. The waitress said that's how they normally come. They remade them to perfection. My sisters all had pancakes which were flat and had a doughy/rubbery texture. Manager said something was wrong with the pancake batter and that they wouldn't be using it anymore until they could figure it out. My problem with that was it was almost closing time. If he knew the batter was not correct why were they still serving it. He offered his apologies and substituted French toast. The server had great trouble splitting the bill of 8. DO NOT ORDER ONLINE!!! The manager (a guy who is too scared to talk to upset customers so he sends his waitresses to do it) refused to speak to myself and another who was upset that we ordered online an hour+ before we got there. When I arrived at 12:30 to pick up the food I scheduled for a later order I was told not only was my food not ready, they didn’t even start on my order AND there were 5 orders before mine. They also told me they pushed all the online orders to the back of the prep line so all the online orders were running late. Because I needed to go I told her to just give me a refund and cancel the order since they didn’t even start. She wasn’t able to process it but the manager...
