So I asked my waitress, and she said it was swai fish . I had never heard of swai before, so I looked it up. Swai is imported from Vietnamese fish farms and tastes a lot like mud cat (a trash fish frequently caught in a dirty ditch or muddy creek). The staff is s friendly and helpful, the ambiance reminds me of a colder coral, the food is amazing the buffet contains allot of my Louisiana favorite. The menu has the rest. I will definitely eat here again.

I would return to this restaurant if in the area. Boudin balls are scrumptious. I had a salad with grilled shrimp, walnuts, cranberries with a raspberry vinaigrette. My mate had salad bar which included fresh salad items, tri tip, sausage, and other goodies. Our server was a very attentive lady.

Not a fan. Our server, however, was so wonderful! Ask for Connie. I ordered the catfish and shrimp, not realizing it would be popcorn shrimp. Over salty. The catfish did not taste very clean. Just wasn't expecting that with where we are. Fried pickles were the best thing. The ranch is homemade and fantastic. I don't think I'll be going back. They did have a buffet for 11.99 and I should've just gotten that. Pretty good deal but only fried fish on buffet. Just not very fresh tasting.
