"this is an amazing family business. we went out of the way to eat there during the laconia bike week too. the plant is immaculate. cleanest bathroom everywhere! that is a rare thing even with all the care of the kovid. the personal is so friendly and nice. we ate our sandwich outside (the house special brat bark sandwich.) it was delicious. we were there when they closed at 3 and they encouraged us to relax, enjoy our soda and watch the bikes by. when we left about 3:15, we talked to a couple who came in on their motorcycle, not to realize that they closed around 3. we left and started our trip to lincoln (1 hour away) as we came to lincoln, I realized that I had not my purse. we drove back and hoped that it was still caught in the corner near the table we were outside. I felt it could be because the place was closed and as far as I knew that all the workers were gone, so it wasn't as if we were coming there and it was locked inside. when we arrived, one of the owners was out there who did the landscape buildings. my bag wasn't on the table. he called his wife and safe enough, they had locked it up with my name and where I sat. the travel in both countries worth total. it is nice to know that there are still honest, hardworking people. we recommend this shop. it will be a regular stop for us when we come back to the new hampshire that is more than once a year."

"Some of the best food I've ever eaten. All you get is incredible and will blow your mind. The Entrees are much better than the appetizers, not to be deceived. Fair number of gluten-free options not marked, but both our servers were very well informed about the options. Plus, gluten-free lava cake dessert! I got the salmon with cauliflower risotto one night, and the lamb frame is another. Two of the best dinners I had, let you always blow away. Don't listen to the Hasser, pick up your stuff medium or medium well instead of medium rare, that's just my hot take."

"Classic 50s diner complete with a working antique ice box. Always friendly and funny staff that does not float. Each menu item I have tried, as well as those who had my husband and numerous friends and guests from the city, are all worthy of rave. (Try the Reuben Sandwich on Grilled Pumpernickel; I'll talk about it months later. The U has a full fleet license and numerous local brews on tap. They make a beautiful **** Mary and a large monster mosaic (mimosa with a vodka fan). There are also coffee drinks for adults. Regular coffee is delicious, never burned and never too strong. I have always sat in a stand in the original diner part of the place, but there is a back room with table seats. It's fun to watch the staff report as they hack; they seem to really enjoy themselves. They often deal with customers to tell stories, have a laugh and, yes, sometimes break hacks. It will be our favorite breakfast place; the search is over for a diner that has everything: classic diner vibe, an amazing and fun staff and delicious food at reasonable prices. Oh, yeah, and alcohol."

"I have been a customer of fratello's for many years (I remember when it was a.bank) and always receive excellent customer service and of course amazing food. With a lack of personnel wherever you go, the hard work remains on the job, but they are few. Last night we went to the lounge upstairs, were greeted by the bartender and even with the full bar of the Mäzen, had a Manhattan in my hands in no time! The bartender/server was on point and very friendly. Andrea was great and makes the best Manhattan ever! It is an asset and I hope appreciated by owner/manager. See you soon, thank you!"
