"1. Escargot in a runny flavorless sauce 2. Seafood platter, sandy mussels all seafood rubbery and over done. My BF red sauce tasted like it came out of a can, mine was white, and the sauce was passible. Pity these little animals had to give their life up to this chef. I brought most of it home in a doggy bag, it was that terrible, and promptly threw it in the garbage. 3. The salad you paid extra for. One tip to salad makers in the rest, heavy hands of dried oregano on a salad is not pleasant. I thankfully had gongorzola, which made it edible, my bf had plain salad which he said tasted like it just had olive oil poured over it. Lorenzo's is a little bit of Italian heaven. Has an extensive menu plus many daily specials. The seafood, steaks and veal are top-notch. The kitchen also will cook many items to your personal satisfaction. In my opinion, Lorenzo's is the best overall for Italian cuisine in the South-Broward/North Dade area. Their cooking is like home-made in a traditional Italian kitchen. On Sunday evenings they also have an outstanding buffet- not to be missed.

Arrived to an empty front area... many people walking through but no one greeting or offering to seat us. Five minutes later the busboy seats us and brings us bread and butter. For the next 20 minutes we watched as tables around us were addressed by waiters and waitresses in no particular order while we were COMPLETELY IGNORED. My boyfriend then gets up to try and find someone to assist us only to be further ignored for another 5 minutes and then told to Ok after explaining the situation to the busboy who was the only one who bothered to ask what was wrong. We promptly left but not after informing someone who noticed us LEAVING that the restaurant service SUCKS!!!!
