"My husband and I were both very impressed with Love Muffin Cafe. I just wish we would have had time to go back a second time during our visit. They have a couple of vegan-as-is sandwhiches, such as the Aubergine and the Fresh Veg, both of which are clearly marked as vegan and loaded with great veggie fillings. Sandwiches are served with chips. They had chia pudding parfaits topped with fruit and nuts that were vegan, and great to take to-go for breakfast the next day. Vegan muffins and kombucha were also available. Tried three different muffins and they were all good. Stopped by a third time, but they were sold out, so go early. It can be really busy, so be prepared to wait to order and find seating. The muffins are delicious, but I wish they offered more vegan meals.

large vegan pumpkin chocolate chip muffin! fresh veg sandwich was fresh and delicious. iced latte was acceptable. they have cocose, soy and mandible milk. a few small tables outside. only a few vegan menu items, but many things can be made vegan. total was around $20 for sandwich, chips, muffin and latte. I would definitely come back here if I returned to moab.

we drove to the breakfast last day and honestly wish I found this place earlier. they had only a few vegetarian options that could be made vegan by serving eggs for tofu. vegan quinoa bowl with mandel and obst was pretty good. I also have vegan plum muffin, which was super moist and fluffy. (they had some other aromes such as apricose or chocolate muffin) also had really good tiramisu latte with milk. would it go back there anyway
