"Fabian was our server. He was amazing! Probably the best service my family has received. We're out of Maryland, if one were with us, we'd be there all the time. We all tried shark for the first time and it was fantastic. Our server was extremely personal and about all our drinks. He even invited us back tomorrow! The food was worth the price and the desserts were also amazing. We will recommend this place to everyone."

My family recently enjoyed a delicious meal in Makos. I have a heavy fish allergy and the staff and the management went out to take me. The service was wonderful and everyone enjoyed a delicious meal. Thank you. I strongly recommend you all.

Looking for a new place to eat in OBX and found this jewel. The sharks caught my eye and I'm glad. Excellent service. Amazing food and much to choose. The BBQ and Burgers are amazing. Our waitress and the owner are very nice. We love the OBX and look forward to finding a restaurant that we can go to any visit.

It was under renovation when we went there, but this did not detract from the service or quality of food. I had the Fish Tacos, and DAMN! They were bangin. We also had the Artichoke and Crab Dip as an appetizer, and it was quite tasty, and actually had enough dip for the amount of toast points they served. The prices were very reasonable and the wait staff was attentive without being overbearing. A great experience!
