"SO good! We visited for brunch on a Sunday and got the croissant, the green goddess salad, and the quiche. The quiche was incredible! Such a surprise find on our way back to the city. The interior is lovely, the food amazing, the service so friendly, and Sterling the owner has brought a very authentic New Orleans vibe to Newburgh. We'll be back.

We had burnt tips and that was served with an apple fennel slaw and also enjoyed the Parpadelle with Oyster mushrooms and a Parmesan sauce with notes of fresh basil , fresh cherry tomatoes and heirloom tomatoes to complement. Overall wonderful dishes to experience! A little on the pricy side but worth it. I can see myself dining at Mama Roux in the future for sure.

Hip, warm and friendly all at the same time. This place is a gem. Great food, great staff and wonderful ambiance. Specialty cocktails were delish as was the fried chicken (moist, not heavy or oily), tuna Niçoise salad was a large portion of seared, clean tasting tuna. The Brussels sprouts are not to be missed. We all loved the menu—-wish we could have been able to try more. Next time!
