"I have to be honest, I’ve been to Pittsburgh blue a number of times and unfortunately this Saturday was not the best experience. We made a reservation for three people for 7:45 PM. Got there and checked in and waited at least 20 minutes to be seated, maybe even 30 minutes. Once we were seated in the bar area was at least five minutes before the server came and greeted us and asked for drink choices. from there on out, the service was spotty at best, and we ended up waiting longer than we should have for our entrées while the meal itself was good it’s hard to give a positive rating when the service was not the best. I’m sure there’s staffing issues and it makes it difficult to be able to, have a great service. It was my son’s birthday and typically they would offer a small dessert to celebrate but that did not happen so again disappointment. I will be back, but I had to be honest and leave this so so review."

"We had an outstanding experience at Crave. The ambiance was enjoyable - a little loud initially but it quieted down during our meal. We each ordered something different from the menu and were all satisfied with our choices. The menu offers a wide variety of options. Our server, Noah, was wonderful. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and not intrusive. We look forward to returning in the future."

"The fish and chips are top notch. The price seemed a little above average for the fare at first, but the quality of ingredients was amazing, as well as the presentation, ended up being a bargain! I can't wait to go back to try more of their offerings, as the burgers I saw delivered to another table looked amazing. The drinks are well made as well, best old fashioned I've had outside of a speak-easy. Our server, Eric, was an absolute pleasure, and very attentive without being intrusive. He took time to chat with us after our meal and answer all of our questions about the establishment. It will be our new go-to spot in Maple Grove. Thank you Eric."

"It was hard to review so negatively, as the staff and owners were so kind. Also difficult to rate as they were very short staffed. That being said, the meat we were served was mostly over cooked and mainly under seasoned. We also went for long stretches of time with empty plates waiting for meat. Drink refills were by multiple requests only, but again grace needed based on their staffing situation. Polenta, Potatoes and Cheese Biscuits were leaps and bounds better than Fogo AND Rodizio!! With the positive attitude of the staff and the nice esthetic, this has the potential to be a great place. When asked by friends if we would recommend, we said to give it some time to get fully staffed and work out some kitchen kinks."
