"I enjoyed the pizza, but I have some feedback regarding the atmosphere. It's not appropriate to air grievances about coworkers in front of customers. While there was a bit of confusion with our order, I really appreciated the young lady's patience in handling it. However, I was distracted by a young man who was sitting nearby and picking his teeth while licking his fingers. It made me hesitant to place my order, as I was hoping he would wash his hands before making our pizza. Fortunately, the young lady ended up preparing our pizza, and I was pleased to see that the young man did wash his hands afterward. He had a good personality, which was a nice touch. "

I ordered pizza to go, and when I arrived, my food was ready. I was greeted by a polite young man who was very friendly. The pizza was fantastic!

My husband placed a pickup order and noticed that one of our pizzas was completely burnt. He informed the employee, who kindly replaced it for us. The new pizza was tasty, but I've seen several reviews mentioning that they've also received burnt pizzas. Customers shouldn't be served burnt pizzas.

"If you're looking for a diamond in the Ruff, it's that! Our hotel suggested this place as it was very close, so my parents tried to let me say VERY GOOD! I had the lasagna that had history of many Mozzarella in Loved! Definitely recommend upgrade to the Greek salad. My mother had the gyro a lot of meat! Very humid and the frits were fresh cut wedges with a really nice season salt. We also had the LouKoumades covered with honey like a fried donut, a cinnamon they were sooo YUMMY! They also have a scenic place in the front that would be a nice for a coffee a homemade dessert! Good service would definitely recommend!"

"The front desk people are literally PSYCHO! I had 3 people in my car when I placed this order witnessing my order. Two ten piece combos all drums. Upon receiving my order it was incorrect both orders had 3 flats in each order. When I let the women know it was wrong she stated she would not make that mistake and would only fix one order. I informed her well I will keep the order you fix and refund my other order. She became irate yelling in her natural tongue and then stated she would refund the whole order. These people rush you off the phone when you are placing the order so it makes sense that these mistakes occur. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL. I have never had a problem paying the extra 50 cent EVER. This woman genuinely believed she is incapable of taking an order incorrectly and that is why this business will not thrive. Go to KingKong wings if you want great wings and great customer service."

"Great service. When I got there I was like great this super long line is going to take forever. Then the attendant offered to wait in line for me, get my oil changed while I wait, swaddle my baby, talk togma, drive my car through the horrendous line, goin make my food and bring it all out for me. When I said thank you she said MY PLEASURE. I was flabbergasted I've never had suchservice.I was thoroughly impressed ????"

"So, I normally hate Chili’s… despise it. We went to the Chili’s in Austell. They’re super short staffed but we were blessed to have Cedric as our server. I haven’t been sleeping well and my eyes are super dry. He rubbed my shoulders and made me laugh. We watched as he took care of the half of the restaurant that was open all by himself. He didn’t complain. He was attentive to every table and so kind. The food was amazing. After we had already paid our bill and tipped we were complimenting him. He told us he is just trying to stay positive and take care of things since his mom passed away from bladder cancer last October at Emory. Our mom passed away due to bladder cancer in May. We know what it is like to keep moving forward when your heart is shattered. It’s hard, so dang hard. To work that short staffed and be that kind when I’m sure a lot of customers aren’t very understanding is impressive. He proves that you never know what a person is going through and it costs nothing to be kind."
