"Wow! This is probably the best looking market I had. It is BEAUTIFUL inside, especially at night. I just love it! I almost felt not worthy to go inside. I asked if I needed a reservation to eat there. But her hospitality is wonderful. They brought me in and let me sit where I ever wanted, even though I was alone. The lighting is perfect and the view of the stone walls and the mirrored bar would be “Oooo” anyone. The menu was on a classic clipboard, somehow like one you would store your shopping list. Love their oysters. Burger is good. Seats are too close, they allowed more than 3 people just seated at the table for two. Don’t know why they would charge a fee about “additional charge”, and no one explained it.

We were here for dinner several years ago and decided to drop in for lunch this time. We were really happy with our choices. Started with the lobster roll appetizer which may have been the highlight of the meal. We both had the crab Louie salad and werenot disappointed.

Gr8 menu! Enjoy absolutely the food, the bar and the ambience. The decor is fab, and if you enjoy the world markets, check the pictures mounted on the stone wall. The lunch menu of soup/sandwich/cookie is consistently good. Dinner: Chop Market Salad, Wild Child Salmon w/ Chanterelles, and this Buttermilk Fried Chicken...wow! Camp out w/ the Smores for Dessert, cappucino to end. Don't forget to enjoy some beautiful Vino, a bottle of Terra Valentine maybe? (hidden link)
