"The pizza here is good, but every time we’ve eaten at this restaurant, the wait has been excessive and the customer service lacking. This is the best pizza place for my family and me! There's a staff member named Jaimesen who is always incredibly friendly, even when it's super busy. I want to express my gratitude to the entire team; they are consistently nice and respectful to everyone, and it really shows how much they care about their customers.

The place is dirty, and the staff is rude. The pizza bar was empty, as was the salad bar. They didn't even escort me to the restroom. The smell is unpleasant, reminiscent of a canal leading straight to the entrance. I also noticed employees eating in the kitchen where customers can see them. It seems like the whole establishment is in disrepair and desperately in need of updates.
