"We went in a few weeks ago and we're checked in by nevaeh she was super sweet and had a great attitude! So we decided we liked that one best over the Germantown location and continue to come back. We came tonight and she was there with her great attitude once again! She was super sweet even though it was 8 pm. We did have to send our food back because the cheese wasn't melted on our sandwiches and they put one in the microwave and the other was re made cause we also needed a different bread (our fault). It was probably our fault though because we went in at 8:15! Overall pretty good and we love nevaeh and her service!"

picked up a dinner on the way to work. very disappointed with my sandwich at this place I ordered 2; Mcalister Club and Broccoli cheddar soup. open my sandwich to find OLD NASTY spring mix!

I got 1/2 and 1/2 salad and soup. Pecan berry salad and chicken tortilla soup and a tea. I was disappointed with this location for not telling me my total was going to essentially double. I thought I would get a typical $12 charge? it was almost $20 Apparently when you order the pecan berry salad there?s extra charges? We?ll they didn?t tell me this. Lol. Or ask if I knew. And I didn?t know. Even when I said uh, I ordered the 1/2 and 1/2 right? They didn?t explain why my total was so expensive. So? won?t do that again and likely won?t be back to this location. I also had a fly in my soup. And that added to the suck.
