"1st time here... ordered Cesar salad with chicken. Half the romaine was wilted and brown. Asked the girl about it she said nothing she could do, I could ank for the manager, but they were short staffed and he was really busy (true). I went to show him my salad and she grabbed it out of my hand and told me gruffly to go tell the cooks, they are the ones who made it! I don 't remember ever being treated that way anywhere...never going back there! I very much appreciated that McAlister 's responded immediately and thoroughly (both Corporate and the restaurant 's General Manager) to my complaint. Love this place! The bread bowl was AMAZING! The bread remained soft all the time! The Broccoli cheese soup is my favorite dish at McAlister's. getting it in a bread bowl is a game changer! would really eat it again!

Good food but nasty Store and restrooms., it didn’t used to be like this. No toilet paper in stalls and they look they haven’t been cleaned in a year. I can’t eat in a place that has dirty bathroom that tells me that the kitchen is dirty too.

ive been to this mcalisters about 7 or 8 times. of those times, our order has been correct twice. either something is missing, sometimes half the order, or an item was messed up. shame because the food is so good... when they can get it right. probably won't be coming here again
