I told her where I would be seated and she brought the serving tray with the fries and sandwich but no shake. When I asked her about it she told me she was going to get it. I waited, and waited, and waited. I looked toward and she was avoiding eye contact. Finally, I got up and went to the counter and asked another employee to get her attention.
