"Shared the chicken salad croissant amd the ham, apple and jelly panini with a friend. They were both amazing. The Cole slaw was also amazing and like no other cole slaw I've ever had. My 8 year old granddaughter was with us and they made her a special order chicken sandwich they used a chicken breast that was freshly cut. If I ever go back to Newaygo I would return and eat here."

"When I think about the menu, the prices, the service, and the welcoming atmosphere and crowd, I would give it 5 stars. The only thing holding me back is that I routinely order veggies there.....and they are just a little bit soggy or overcooked, so Im thinking they are frozen vs. fresh. That can be difficult to pull off for a place depending on location, but if you 're an hour from GR its possible to get some fresh broccoli or green beans. They can keep for 5-6 days. so I 'd like to see them serve 'em a little crisper and greener. But hey I really like this place. I live very far away but deliberately pass through town so I can stop in for a drink and some food. For something a little different, I 'd recommend you try the fried bluegill or perch. Not everyone offers that!"

"Stopped by on a Friday evening 7/26/24 6pm and it was packed but the 4 of us were seated right away. Even though the place was full, we didn't wait for drinks and the apps and entrees all came out very quickly. Everything was great. The perch was fantastic."
