"I often visit McDonald's and recently had an issue with the speaker at the drive-thru. When I approached the window to inform them, they claimed they had already tried to communicate with me but I didn't respond and drove away. Despite still being willing to place an order and pay, they refused to take my order at the window. While I understand the need to maintain order, I feel exceptions should have been made given the malfunctioning speaker. This experience left me disappointed as a customer."

I stopped by the restaurant at 11am and had a great experience with the morning/mid crew. The lady taking orders was friendly, and they were efficient in getting the orders out quickly.

My order was wrong I ordered the new bacon QPC and asked for no tomatoes and the frits were not completely boiled... Soggy salty uncooked. Also the lady who took orders was very rude!!!

The service was good this time with quick order fulfillment despite the busy crowd. However, we found the menus to be deceptive as we ordered 10 cheeseburgers from the $1 value menu, but ended up paying $19.
