"The automated robo-voice in the drive-thru asking “woukd you like to try…?” is annoying as it is, but the fact it doesn't even do anything makes it even worse. I told it “no”, then waited 4 minutes. Always fast and the food is hot and the staff is very friendly. I like the young man who says hey when you get to the window to pay he's always cheerful and polite.

Did not get the right food. No napkins or cutlery for my side order of pancakes. No butter or syrup either. The new cashier could not provide a printed receipt with our payment on the mobile McDonald's application. It was a bad visit all the way around. This was the Hanover Park, IL location to be clear.
