Worst experience EVERY SINGLE TIME! They ALWAYS get our order wrong, and today, we paid for an ice-cream, and they didn’t even have ice-cream!!! Could someone just manage what’s on the menu for the day please!!!

I got my order fine, and the dude that gave me my money at the first window was cool, but as soon as I went to the last window to grab my order, I asked the lady how her day was, she didn’t say a word, then she gave me my order and walked away after I said have a nice day. I also had an occurrence before where there was this young girl working on her own, I ordered a coffee with sugar and cream, I grab my coffee after giving her a tip, and she doesn’t say anything as she giggles, and walks away with my tip, I take a sip, and it’s black coffee with no sugar and cream, unbelievable.

Awful. Just awful. Staff is incredibly rude and dismissive. They make up the most bogus excuses every time I go there. Sometimes it will be that the credit card machines are down and they’re only accepting cash to reduce the amount of customers they have to serve or it will be that they’re closing early so half of the items on the menu are unavailable. The last time I was there it took 10 minutes to get through the drive thru when I was the only one in line. Despicable. When I left they had screwed up my order (go figure). It was only an order of nuggets and fries. How do you mess that up?! I will not be going there again. Screw Kennebunk McDonald’s and the staff who works there. Do better,...
