"Went to the drive-through and something have to happen with their speaker and no one came back on the speaker to help me after 10 minutes of sitting there waiting. Went inside and a blonde lady said I’ll be with you in a minute fairy blandly. And when she came back she said Do you wanna place an order? I said yes and she said I’m gonna have to ask you to use the kiosk behind you. And walked away. Unfriendly abrasive terrible restaurant to go to! All I can say is stay away and shame on the owners!"

Nasty hope im not sick from eating here tonight! Ordered mcdoubles had stale bread an hard burger with after taste cold fries or old fries idk lol it’s total b.s. eating here anymore!

do not try to be small, but the self-service kiosk asks them to take a number and someone will bring their food on their table. that doesn't happen, they're calling their number to get her to eat. platz was full and not busy. no wonder people are replaced by machines.

What a joke, I guess they can't do coffee anymore. My food was on the counter 10 minutes and I had to ask if that was my food and then told they I was missing my drink. What did you have Show them my receipt, oh, we don't have that I asked , so I'm out of a drink and money? The worker said what do you want me to do? Fine customer service right there.
