"This was the worst experience I've ever had at a restaurant. There was a woman who reminded me of my second-grade bully, which didn’t help the situation. I ordered my food online for inside pickup since curbside wasn’t an option. After knocking on the door for 30 minutes and watching the employees laugh while ignoring me, one of the staff members told me I couldn’t come in and claimed she didn’t see my order, even though it was clearly on the screen (and I could see it). There wasn’t a manager in sight to address the issue. The staff seemed more interested in chatting with each other than actually working. The 2 2 Cheeseburger Meal was fantastic, and they followed my instructions perfectly. My daughter enjoyed the 4 Piece McNuggets, and they provided all the dipping sauces.

Outstanding customer service! I'm not usually a fast food person, primarily because I've had some not-so-great experiences with customer service. However, one night my son really wanted McDonald's, and how could I refuse? Once we walked in, we were greeted by friendly staff and experienced amazing service! The food was delicious, and the fries were hot—finally, a great experience!

It took a bit longer than five minutes, but it was definitely worth the wait tonight! The fries were exceptional—hot, fresh, salty, and delicious! The food was prepared perfectly, including four special burgers. The chicken nuggets weren’t very warm, but the kids said they were really good. The sweet tea was also spot on, just the way a true Southern sweetheart would want it! So tasty! Plus, we ended up with an extra sauce without even asking for it! I don’t think I’ve ever given a McDonald’s a five-star review before, but tonight they truly deserve it!
