"fantastic eating and service. the chefs are friendly and always available when we have been there. they welcome you like old friends and look forward to seeing you. we have been enjoying for over a decade first-class meal at mcgarry’s and since we are native, they enjoy the next season, if less busy. the healed is fantastic when available. a beautiful mix of pacific northwest and local montana ingredients. in our recent visit we had the rather divine mushrooms. the Vietnamese spider attizer is a favorite that I ask every time sandy and the lemon drop martinis are the best. mcgarry’s is one of my favorite restaurants in the flathead valley!"

the service was great at mcgarry. after the reception of our entres, the cook came by personally and filled water glasses. all were very friendly. great atmosphere.

we have impressed mcgarrys twice and equally. very welcoming, friendly atmosphere, excellent service and eating is excellent. if morels are in season, the morel mushroom must be one.

good experience, with taking out some problems to change the reservation. the owner was upset about telling us that it cost money to the restaurant every time we changed the reservation.
