"Today I experienced the worst service I have ever had in a restaurant. I have loved Ming Tree for years, but today, this restaurant proved that it no longer (perhaps never) deserves my loyalty.I had brought my best friend here to enjoy a nice girls' lunch. When we were seated, I was surprised by the waiter who I did not recognize. He asked what we wanted to drink and returned with our beverages, asking if we knew what we wanted to order. absolutely the best customer service, everyone is so friendly. the freshest sweet and the most delicious dishes! the best I've ever had, love this place.

I have never had issues with the service, but the food is just OK. For just OK it is a bit overpriced. I have had better takeout from Sunrise on 411. The staff is friendly and the restaurant is clean.

Absolutely aweful!!! I spent over 100$ to whind up with food no one wanted to eat. They charge extra for all white meat chicken. It was extremely over cooked and old. I have never bit into chicken that felt like tooth pick silvers. Egg rolls cooked in oil that should have been changed months ago. I used to love this restaurant but I will NOT make the mistake again!!! Nor will I recommend them again! Ruined my birthday!!! My birthday dinner from ming tree went almost immediately into the trash and my night off from cooking changed!!! ? YUCK!!!! DON'T EAT HERE!!!! Thanks but no thanks!
