We all ordered drinks and sat down to look at the menus. We approached the bar to order our food at 4.45 and were told to sit down and someone would come and take our order. We sat there for a further 30 minutes and were completely ignored. Every person who walked past us avoided eye contact and when we even said excuse me they looked away. We had an evening walk from were we stayed at Ringhotel Drees to Dortmund City center and back and we noticed this place by chance. What attracted us were all the BVB signs and decoration and a laid back feeling. Great atmosphere and very good service. Waitress was nice and friendly and spoke good English. Unfortunately, we arrived too late to be able to order dinner as well, but since we liked it this much, we stayed for drinks.

Went here Wednesday night to watch Champions league before Thursday Dortmund match and had great Schnitzel and a phenomenal waitress. The interior had great decor with our favorite soccer players’ jerseys. The following day we came back before the match and sat at the bar. Christoph was bar tending and was very inviting and helpful to anything we asked. Reasonably priced beer and food with great atmosphere all around. We only stayed in Dortmund for two nights and went here for both days and were very pleased. Can’t wait to return again!!

We found this bar 2 years ago, when we first visited Dortmund, and had a great night even tho' they had not been open for long. This year, Christopher and Kevin and come a long way since then. The food menu,was excellent, with bigger, better, choices and reasonably priced. The staff were friendly and welcoming, with many speaking English, and a big shout out to Sophie who looked after us all evening and was really patient with us, especially with out lack of German and did a lot of translating for us. Overall, this was a great place to visit and cannot recommend it enough and when we return to Dortmund we will be back.
