"Fantastic ambiance, service and japanese fare! We dined here on Christmas Day 2021. Our server was Ana, who was so gracious as well as efficient. The food was wonderful (as always). But the staff...they created an atmosphere that night that i can only liken to The happiest place on earth ! As we were leaving, the entire staff thanked us for coming and wished us Merry Christmas. Even the dishwasher guy! It was delightful to feel welcomed like this. Thank you, Moa Kitchen, for your kind hospitality and for making our Christmas memory one to cherish. Just wow! Amazing Asian inspired foods with a local touch. Sushi is amazing, the egg drop soup is killer. Ramen and other foods. Presentation is Supreme. Good sake choices. Chirashi is fabulous. Get friendly and eat at the sushi bar. Don't miss this place!

Really enjoyed this place! Process was fast. They were safe with providing temperature checks and then sat us down. The waitress was nice and knowledgeable. The food was good and had lots of flavor. If you?re in Waimea and looking for a unique place to get a bite to eat, this is a must stop.
