"No matter how often I come here for pickup, the order is never on time. It’s been 5 consecutive orders that I’ve picked up and they have NEVER ONCE been on time. They’ve always made me wait an additional 10 minutes minimum. Today, a very obtuse girl with braids took an insanely long phone order while a small army of men casually disregarded us as we waited in line for 8 solid minutes. Then, 9 minutes after my order was scheduled to be DONE, it’s still not ready. After 20 minutes of waiting past my PROMISE TIME, I demand a refund because we need to eat, I have a family on a food schedule, and they can’t even find my order to refund!! I don't see this location being open much longer. We went on a Saturday at 3pm it was empty. The place was dirty. We ordered a large pikes peak. And wanted 24 plain wings. But they did not have the wings. They said they only had the wings that already have the sauce on them. They have signs for military discount. But no one working knew how to give the discount. The food was just okay. It came to our table cold. And the wings are not the same wings we have ate at Mountain Mike's before. They taste like wings that are bought at Smart and Final. The pizza suppose to have 6 toppings on it. It only had 4, and they tried to cover the pizza with ham. The soda from the fountain drinks taste funny....

Ordered for delivery, never had a problem with them before, but this time the pizza came late, after their “promised” time. Luckily they had a coupon for the bread sticks to be free, so I didn’t pay for them but I wouldn’t order them ever, they’re thin, hard, dry, flavorless slices of bread with sesame seeds on them?? They also charge extra for ranch, whatever I get it I guess but if I’m paying extra for something, you’d think they would at least bring it?
