"We ordered from here on 4/1/2023 and were given a 30 minute estimate for when our food would be ready. When I arrived at the restaurant it took 10 minutes for someone to come out of the kitchen and notice I was there, and I was told it would be a few minutes before my food was ready. It took another 30 minutes for my food to come out, and no other food came out of the kitchen that entire time. Another group of people came in, waited, and left without anyone coming to greet them. Two other customers showed up after me and waited for over 20 minutes, and when my food was brought out, they were told he would begin preparing one of their orders next. New Bangkok is take out only, but the food is pretty good. The potato curry and pad Thai are my go to meals. The order is always accurate and ready to go when I arrive. The staff is friendly.

The food at this restaurant was not very good. I ordered the sesame chicken and found it to be a bit soggy with a sauce that was too sweet for my taste. The online menu was hard to navigate because it couldn't be customized. When we arrived, the restaurant was empty and it felt awkward. The server called me over from across the room, which made the interaction kind of uncomfortable. Overall, the service for dining in was not great.
