"So that was a pleasant surprise! I ordered the almond chicken, beef fried rice no onions and pork fried rice no onions. It was all great. The almond chicken was so juicy and tasteful. The fried rice were also very tasty and delicious! We just ordered to go because we have children and would rather eat at home for convenience. But my husband picked up the food and said that the restaurant was clean and the staff was friendly, even on a busy rainy Sunday night. We live in a nearby city and hoped to find REALLY GOOD Chinese food without having to drive all the way to Bakersfield. I asked if there are other good Chinese food places in Delano than Panda. I was directed to the New China Cafe in Delano. I'll never have to suffer with dried rice or chow. I ordered fried shrimps an orange chicken and it came with fried rice and chow mine. I recommend this restaurant. Five stars in my book.
