"I've been eating at Norm's Famous Charbroiled Burgers since I was a kid, and it's still my go-to spot for a fantastic meal. The food is consistently delicious, and the atmosphere is welcoming and nostalgic. The staff is always friendly and makes you feel right at home. I moved to a different city but the spot is definitely worth the drive. The prices are great, offering excellent value for the quality you get. My favorite is the hamburger combo – it's a classic that's done perfectly every time. Norm's has truly stood the test of time, and I can't recommend it enough!"

Ordered the DUI fries 15.00$ This meal came topped with chili cheese than carne asada and finally with pastrami. This is great to split amongst 2-3 people very tasting and satisfying for the price.

Poor customer service. I don’t expect much from a small burger place, but the service I received today is way below average. The girl on the counter threw the receipt to me and just walked away. I ordered a to go combo with a drink but didn’t receive any cup when I received the food. I had to ask the employee for one. The employee didn’t offer any condiments when handing over the food. I just had to reach for the ketchup and chili pepper myself from the kitchen side counter since he just walked away after giving the food.
