"This place is such an oasis. My soon to be fiance and I were in such a desperate need of a quiet meal someplace and North Lake Grill satiated us on so many levels. Our family stopped here after being on the lake. Even though it was right before closing, they were welcoming. I got steak fingers and fries and they were fresh, definitely not frozen beforehand! Teenagers had brisket and pulled pork, even though theyare picky, they loved it. My husband got the hamburger and it was good, too. We highly recommend and may stop to try shrimp aswe leave.

Food has gotten better. Huge menu. Nice decor. Prices same as the competition. As good as the food is, the service needs lots of help. Communication is not so good. Ordered a couple of burgers. Multiple errors. Ask your server to read back the order. Ask ifanything ordered had an up-charge. Ask if your drink comes with refills. If you don?t ask, well, you won?t know. Tell them howyou want the burger cooked. Avoid surprises. Beware?fish and chips is catfish but the seasoned fries are good.
