"The atmosphere at O'Charley's is considerably better than many competitors. When I go to dinner, I want to be able to hear what discussion takes place at our table. Many restaurants lately are so loud it appears they make no attempt to build with materials that will reduce noise. Their staff is excellent, neat and professional despite staffing shortages elsewhere. And the salmon is absolutely delicious. Nice variety of salads and steaks. Prices are normal in the $20-$30/plate vicinity. Enjoy the atmosphere and enjoy your meals!"

The food was great, it was hot and delicious! The service was excellent. Ireland, our server, took care of us so much and there were 13 of us, she was very friendly and funny to talk to. She had everything from drinks and refills to remember exactly what we all ordered. It was a great experience!

I have been to O Charley's a couple of times and was not impressed. So I did not go back for a while. The last two times that I have gone, it was a better experience. The food was good and the service was excellent. The only complaint I had is the fact that I went there to get their catfish dinner. The first thing the waitress stated was they had no catfish. So I was definitely disappointed since I had to order something else that I wasn't expecting. But the entree was fine. I left happy.

My family and I are typically regulars with ordering to go from here. The past few times we have gotten our order with either items missing or the chicken tenders being extra small or slightly burnt. Tonight was no different, burnt chicken to where it was completely dried out. There is no reason someone should get chicken that is burnt and dried out. Especially when you?re paying good money for a nice dinner. I have attached below the chicken that is burnt. my family and I will never order from this restaurant again.
