"We went because we had a gift card. We got there and it was pretty busy. They told us it would be 10-15 minutes but they sat us in about 3 minutes. The waitress was interesting. She took our drink order and when we told her we were ready to go ahead and order as well she said she would come back. She dropped off our drinks and then we didn't see her again for about 10-15 minutes when she finally came back to get our order. I ordered my steak medium well and it came out well done. My husband ordered his medium and it came out medium well. Plus we ordered a bloomin onion and it was really small. It only took up about half the plate. Overall everything was just average. Our son gave my husband a Outback gift card and we went tonight. The service was excellent and our wait was very reasonable. The food was fantastic and reasonable priced. Kudos to the manager and his staff.

The last two times we've eaten at this Outback the salad is just like the ones you buy in a bag at the grocery store. What happened to the juicy lettuce salads chilled to perfection with big slices of tomatoes and croutons? Also, their menu now looks like Chili's. Someone in our party got a ribeye that came out looking like a flat iron or skirt steak. We were VERY disappointed.

My husband and I decided to head for dinner and went straight after work to beat the rush. It was dead when we got there but they still made us sit and wait 10 minutes for a table even though at least 5 empty tables were visible from where we sat. Then we waited forever to get a waiter. We had to stop one of the other waitresses to ask where our waiter was. Finally he came and got our drink and food order, didn't explain where he was or what was holding him up. Then we had to ask him for everything... refills, napkins, A-1 sauce. Plus both our steaks came out wrong and had the wrong side dishes with them. And this guy didn't apologize for anything. "What a gem!. This place is great, just great! The sushi is fresh and perfectly prepared, and the prices are very reasonable. I mean $2.50 for a house salad with the best ginger dressing I 've ever had....what a bargain!<br/ <br/ I love the spicy tuna, yellowtail, snapper, smoked salmon, and several of the Chef 's Rolls are terrific. One note on ordering, they dont know what 'inside-out ' means, so if you want rice on the outside of your roll tell them 'rice on outside. ' LOL<br/ <br/ Very small and intimate setting. The whole place is about 15 'x30 ' deep, and its very solemn. You can hear a pin drop in this place, everybody is whispering like they were in church for crying out loud. And its family run, which means the kids get into the service too....very cute. 50 ' plasma on the back wall so you wont miss your game, just dont expect to hear the broadcast. Great place to take a date, guaranteed to be a quiet and romantic setting. My favorite place for lunch in Orange Park."

"I had a great Experience in Palermo Puerto Rican Kitchen, same owners from El Palermo Restaurant, they are now located here 556 Kingsley Ave, its a larger restaurant completely renovated places is bigger with more space and everything is New even their Menu, This Restaurant is bigger then Old Palermo Restaurant that was located in 2177 Kingsley Ave, I really like the New concept and the New Name Palermo Puerto Rican Kitchen, I'm very picky when it comes to eating in restaurants, the restaurant is nice and clean, and the food comes out freshly Made, and to the person below in comment that said this restaurant smelled bad he or she are really, really wrong, looks like they have something against Palermo Puerto Rican Kitchen, Like I said I didn't experience any bad issues here, the entire restaurant was nice and clean, restrooms are even nice and clean, there's no bad smell inside the restaurant it smells very clean and renovated. Like I said Restaurant dont smells, Menus are New, Tables Have Salt and Black Pepper, They also Have Homemade Hot-Sauce and Olive Oil and Red Vinegar for your salad, you just have to ask for it. You can also request to change Tables if your table is small, so I dont know why people brag to much about it. For people that complain why don't you just go to Burger King..."

"Let me begin to flee through our server, Francine. The sheer number of trips she made from our table to the kitchen probably tested her patience beyond measure, but she still held an amazing attitude and really tried to salt as much from our visit as possible. Let's talk about the sheer catastrophe the kitchen from our meal. We started with the fried Gator dick appetizer and we both ordered the captain? Platter meal that came with shrimp, scallops, oysters, fish and stuffed crab. They were from crabs, so we were allowed to double on one of the other elections. I doubled on scallops and he doubled on the shrimps. I ordered everything upset where things get crazy. The kitchen prepared my entire order fried. Francine returned to the kitchen and I saw my friend eat while I watched. The kitchen sent Francine back with my restored order, only this time she forgot my doubled scallops and my oysters. Francine returned properly cooked with a side dish of scallops, and then the kitchen gave her a dish of fried (not black) oysters for a second time. This is considered a fine culinary experience among many residents of Clay and Duval, for me? It fell short. If not for the amazing eating staff, I would not consider it a return. I sincerely hope that the experience we had today is not due to the normal experience."

"The reviews are right this place is great. My wife and I dined here for my birthday and we were not disappointed . I got the Mediterranean veal which was simply wonderful and my wife got the spaghettini carbonara and it almost as good as my fathers. Only thing I could critique was the spaghetti with marinara that was the side to the veal. The marinara was really just blah but that was the only thing that wasn’t spot on. The waiter and servers were nice, well informed and attentive."

"Do you like ridiculously salty food?? Well then you’ve found the perfect place! We had some pretzel bites and a pizza and both were like licking a salt block. The brews they make were okay, not my cup of tea though, I preferred the guest taps they had. The service wasn’t phenomenal, we had to go up to the bar to order even though we had a table."
