The best ramen and the best pork bao I've ever had. The squash ice cream could not have been a better close to the meal. Everything contained invention and surprise. Cocktails divine. Service delightful. You must go!

4 of us went with 6 pugs to brunch at Pagu today and it was fantastic! The food, the staff, the service and the decor was excellent, plus we got to meet the owners’ lovely pug Pearl! I highly recommend checking it out.

Absolutely stunning dining experience. The atmosphere is well balanced between being warm, social and intimate. It’s been inspiring to see a restaurant sticking up for the right thing throughout the pandemic and to see their resilience through it all. The food brings me back to my time spent in southern Spain and the fusion with Asian cuisine is electric. Cannot wait to dine again!
